Niagara Tools recently acquired a Walter non-contact, automatic, multi-sensor measuring device - the first in Canada. Now we are able to not only measure to unbelievable millionths of an inch, but more importantly we can offer you, our customer, certified tooling reports, guaranteeing that the tool we deliver is 100 percent within tooling specifications.

The Helicheck works through a combination of direct and incident light systems specially suited for circumference and end face inspection. Once an inspection is made, two things can occur.
First, the system will report back to the CNC five-axis grinder,
and tell it how to make the necessary adjustments. Second, it will automatically print and store inspection reports and measuring programs.

The result is simply, perfect tools. And we'll deliver them to you with reports of authenticity.
